Business Overview
Commercial real estate project for the construction and operation of a dormitory building with 200 student rooms, offices, coffee shop, and food court.
We already have the land for this project. Owned land of 400 sq. m. Once we receive the complete funding, it will take us around 9-12 months to complete the construction and start operations.
The dorm will earn revenue through students who will directly pay us or students who come through their universities (in which case the university will pay us), so it has a B2C and B2B component.
We are currently running two other real estate businesses as well. First is, we rent out offices in 4-5 buildings, the total area of these buildings is 2,000 sq. m. The second business is a small resort business with 2 cottages and a spa.
