The facility will be leased/rented and designed to be FSSAI-compliant, with sections for production, packaging, cold storage, and dispatch. This centralized kitchen will enable us to maintain hygiene, standardization, and scalability, with capacity to produce up to 50,000 pieces of mithai per day.
