We are a group of firms that process and trade multiple commodities. We process Steel, Coke, Polymers, Casting & Quicklime. We have over 500 clients all over India and promoters have vast experience in the industry. We are currently looking for an investor to help develop the land that we own. Looking to construct a hotel or a residential real estate unit. If the land is converted to a hotel it will be operated by us and the investor together and if it is converted into residential real estate it would be given to the investor on a profit sharing basis. The land is 1.3 acres and located on the Beach Road, Visakhapatnam. We estimate that the entire project would take between 2 to 3 years to complete once funding is received and work on the land has started.
