- Customers find service workshops through our Android app. We are planning for iOS as well.
- Outsourced development of the app, however, we own the source code for the app.
- We have done about 15 orders in last few months, and our total billing (GMV) from this has been INR 22,000, and out revenue from this about 30% which translates to INR 6,600.
- We make money by marking up the workshop services and thus make a margin of 20-30% per transaction.
