We signed a top global bank as our second customer and since then we grew organically to become one of the main tech recruiting agencies in Romania with over 100 clients and 1,000 recruiting projects.
Although primarily a recruiting agency, we always ran small volume staffing projects (temp work) as well. This way we continuously built up the internal knowledge underpinning the staffing business; 2 years ago we decided to completely change the business model from permanent placement (recruiting) to temp work (staffing).
