- Startup logistics company plans to organize the ground logistics system with the aim to provide faster delivery / transportation that matches air cargo transit time.
- To provide faster ground logistics solution, we'll establish tie-ups with vendors / truck owners (with multiple vehicles) in different cities and ensure that the cargo moves continuously without any interruption.
- Our target customers are the corporate clients such as automobile, engineering and FMCG companies.
- We will essentially provide our solutions through an online platform which will allow corporates to book trucks for intercity and intracity logistics.
- Our business model and the platform is still in the ideation stage. We will outsource the platform development work to a third party developer.
- The platform will also provide real time tracking and delivery notifications.
- Revenue generation: Corporates will book the service on our platform and pay us the amount in full. We will retain our charges and then pay to the vendor.
- At present, we have planned two routes i. e. Chennai to Mumbai and Hyderabad to Kochi.
- We have 20 vendors / truck owners in our network. Each vendor has multiple trucks which range from 2 to 40 trucks.
