4-year old start-up company based in Navi Mumbai. - We have developed a patented technology to construct residential houses at a fast pace with improved durability. - This firm's parent company is based out of Singapore. They have already developed two 40-floor towers in just 12 months. - We already have govt construction orders from PMAY with approved upfront advance. - Have the order to develop 1.5 lakh houses followed by another 1.5 lakh houses which is worth roughly INR 10,000 crores. This project will be given in stages. We need to complete 5,000 houses in the next 3 years. The project will continue like this for the next 10 years. - Have completed the documentation process to develop the first 5,000 houses. - We are responsible for the complete project, we can either do it ourself or give contracts to other companies. - This is a long duration project that will be completed in stages.
