Our business is essentially a proprietary B2B platform where we assist independent retailers, store owners, and online sellers to connect with vendors from multiple industries. - These vendors are importers, factories, manufacturers, and wholesalers of a variety of products from multiple industries. - Currently, we have about 127 vendors from 15 different commercial sectors enrolled on the portal. - Our users are independent businesses who are looking to outsource manufacturing of their products or want to purchase the products in bulk at subsidised costs and then further sell them as a part of their respective business activities. - Buyers can simply choose the type of product and the industry they operate in on our website. Our filters will provide the users with a list of businesses that are enrolled with us who match the user's criteria. - The buyer will receive the legitimate contact information of the vendor and will be able to connect with the counter party without any delays directly through our portal as well. - Our portal allows vendors to receive additional business & grow their revenue. We also assist our users to grow their business by helping them fulfil their business requirements. - We do not allow users to purchase products directly through our website. Our portal does not function as an e-commerce website. It is essentially an online B2B marketplace that connects the two counter parties. - Currently, the scope of operations along with all the vendors & users is limited to Egypt only. - The vendors enrolled on our portal pay us a monthly subscription fee. We have about 100 fee-paying vendors as of now. The fee is standard. This is the only source of revenue for our company. - Our website is visited by more than 40,000 users every month. The portal is completely free for the users. - Currently, the portal is a website and Android mobile application. However, the iOS mobile applications are also under development. - Our business is entirely debt-free with no outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. - The company has 3 directors. One director has a majority of 75 percent ownership of the business. The other two directors own the remaining 25 percent of the business proportionately. There are no outside investors or shareholders.
