Our company offers a proprietary online platform that has been developed to fulfil the needs of all sorts of concepts within the hospitality sector. - Our clients are typically restaurants, bars, hotels, and cafes that are looking to digitalize their regular operations in order to increase efficiency in their operations and decrease their dependence on manpower. - We have proprietary software which is tailored as per the specific requirements of the clients. We feed in their menu cards, set up a payment gateway that is connected to their bank accounts, set up an order notification system which alerts the staff and the chefs of a new order, or set up a room service gateway that allows the guests to efficiently communicate their requirements with the hotel staff instead of calling repeatedly, etc. - The customers at the restaurant do not have to download any app for accessing the platform. The platform can simply be accessed by scanning a QR code which will be placed at each table, which will redirect the customers to the menu cards and other features of the platform. - Currently, we have 3 restaurants and hotels in North Macedonia who are using our platform. We also possess the licenses and permissions to expand our reach to all the countries in the EU. - Our company has commenced operations only 3 months ago. We generate revenue through two channels: in the first month, we charge a development fee from the client for setting up the platform as per their specific requirements. From the second month onwards, we charge a monthly fee of EUR 150 from each client for continuing to use our platform. - The initial fee may vary as per the number of features the client wishes to add to the platform and the monthly fee may also increase on basis of the number of customers the client receives. - This transaction includes the entire business entity, rights & ownership of the software and website, client database, along with all the relevant licenses & permissions.
