We are commercial farming company which was previously funded by Japanese embassy for an aquaculture project. Seeking loan for a new project to setup an integrated farming business on our lease land which is more than 100 acres. The project is focused on cultivating fertile lands by involving in beef farming, root crops and ginger farming. The land is at close proximity to a river which gives us an added advantage. The group intends to market the farm produce through exports and local markets. However, excess produces will be sold on roadside stalls and nearby communities to save in farm time. Land is under an agriculture lease with a total of more than FJD 2 million worth of value. The company was granted the land titles in 2020, hence there is no much operations completed so far.
