1. Company background: we are a startup company offering business outsourcing services for private healthcare practices and are based in Klang, Malaysia. 2. Although we registered our company last year, we've been refining our model with a previous partner for 2 years. 3. Revenue model: subscription-based and project-based. We charge a monthly subscription fee of MYR 3,000 to 4,000. 4. Current clients: we currently have 4 clients on subscription services and several project-based clients, providing management services for workshops run for TPA companies. 5. Business models: - Greenfield plan: build & manage new clinics. - Brownfield: Plan: acquire & manage existing clinics. 6. Clinics use our services to streamline operations, enhance staffing, acquire panels, and boost revenue. 7.
