How do I change my registered email address?
Please use one of the below options to change your registered email address:
 
1. If you are able to log in and have access to your existing email address or phone number: Log in to SMERGERS using your existing email address and follow steps provided this link to automatically update your registered email address: https://www.smergers.com/accounts/migration/
 
2. If you are able to log in and do not have access to either your registered email address or phone number: Please update your official email address in your profile to the new email address and send us an email at help@inbox.smergers.com from your new email address requesting the change. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to verify and activate the change.
 
3. If you are unable to log in and do not have access to your registered email address: We regret to inform you that we are unable to change your registered email address. Instead, we suggest creating a new profile on SMERGERS with your new email address in order to continue using our platform.
