Bao Brothers started in 2015 as a market stall, quickly becoming a favorite amongst marketgoers for its delicious, punch-in-your-face Asian flavor combinations served on steamed, fluffy buns.
Founders have developed a brand to catch the eye of consumers, a product that created repeat customers, and a line system to deliver food in minutes. All characteristics positioned the business well to expand into the QSR industry, opening its first site in Newcastle six years ago.
Last year, Bao Brothers has three corporate stores + one franchise across the east coast of NSW, and this year, looking to launch nationally.
