Da Vinci International Institute Of Design is a Mangalore based training institute that provides training on animation, design, visual effect, videography & photography. The firm was founded in 2010 and after a successful journey of 9 years, we ventured into franchising model and we currently have 3 company-owned franchises. Over the years, we have trained & placed 2,000 students in various reputed studios. Our average placement rate over the last 10 years has been 95%. We have also tied-up with Jain University to provide certifications to our students.
At present, we are promoting our brand across India, Maldives and other countries and we have received interests from a good number of students. We are looking for very dynamic franchisee partners to spread our wings across India and abroad. Our franchisee model is unique as we follow "Pay as You Go" model. Details of the model is described below:
- Franchise fee: We charge INR 1 lakh franchise fee per year.
- Royalty: We don't charge a royalty and instead, we will provide our services to the franchisee partner. The services include social media marketing, faculty recruitment, certification fees.
- Facility set-up: We will provide complete support to set-up the facility and interiors. We will send our own team on-site, be it domestic or international location, to provide assistance.
Some of the advantages of our model are low initial investment, low operating cost, easy to operate, quicker break even and higher margin. Our training centers operate 2 batches per day and as a result, we are able to train large number of students per day. - Initial set-up services like capital advise, choice of location, interior design.
- Advise on hardware & software, equipment, communication techniques.
- Digital marketing and other lead generation activities.
- Recruitment of staff, staff training, executive development program, examination, university enrolment, certification and placement activities.
