Launched in June 2013, Winebeast wine shop in Wanchai offers the best of French terroir and organic wines. Besides the World Champions, like the grands crus of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne, Winebeast offers a galaxy of Rising Stars, be it a new breed of talented winemakers or other wine regions, notably Rhône, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire and Spain, which have recently hit the market with good value wines.
A unique concept to Hong Kong, Winebeast benefits from exclusive partnership with winemakers offering 80+ exclusive cuvées. In addition, Winebeast offers access to châteaux’s private collections, bringing authenticity and quality to Hong Kong wine market (bottles signed by the cellar master and dated upon its exit from the Château). All our wines are sourced from France and sent to Hong Kong via refrigerated containers, which then come to our shop in refrigerated trucks.

Building on the strengths and successes of the wine shop, Le Bistro Winebeast boasts an extensive wine list of bottles available at the same price as in Winebeast retail shop and offering an excellent selection of wine by the glass at outstanding prices.
We offer our clients a Casual Fine Dining experience. Our 4-course Dinner Tasting Menu is HK$458+10%, wine pairing (4 wine glasses of 6cl each) requires an additional HK$100.

Casual Fine Dining experience with an à-la-carte Menu and a Dinner Tasting Menu which change every 2 months. The menu is designed and executed by French chef with extensive experience in Michelin starred restaurants.
