A business partner induction program to make you understand the business process, assistance in location & layout finalization, all round support in centre launch planning & execution, recruitment support for facilitators (teachers) & counselors, regular training and periodic evaluation of facilitators by the Academic Team, regular training for new & up-gradation of products for counselors & business partners, brand awareness through different marketing activities, marketing strategy, support based on catchment & competitors analysis. Little millennium provides assistance in customized end-to-end advertising and assists in making promotional material for franchise centres, conducting seminars for parents, facilitators & CLO empowerment training, robust management information system for easily managing day to day operations of the school, digitized and license-based curriculum and manual, required guidelines & assistance in maintaining hygiene & safety, nutritional inputs for children, value addition through R&D.
