Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Mezaya’s central team for raw material procurement, inventory management, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Uphold brand standards in customer service, product presentation, and platform ratings across Swiggy and Zomato.
- Oversee staffing and training, ensuring the team is aligned with Mezaya’s service and preparation protocols.
- Be actively involved in local marketing initiatives to drive visibility and sales in the assigned area.
- Plan and execute expansion into additional cloud kitchen locations in their assigned territory over time, with strategic support from Mezaya. - Marketing & branding support: Franchisees will benefit from centralized digital marketing campaigns.
- Training & operations guidance: A structured training program will be provided, covering product knowledge, kitchen operations, hygiene standards, order handling, and customer service to ensure consistency in quality and service across locations.
- Raw material procurement & supply chain: Franchisees will be supported through a centralized raw material procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and packaging materials directly from approved suppliers or central kitchen.
