We operate more than 30 restaurants in Japan, specializing in eel. We hold a Michelin-starred title for our restaurant.
In addition to eels, we operate three Yakiniku restaurants that use premium Japanese brand beef and several other Japanese restaurants in different categories.
In the past few years, we have been actively expanding overseas, opening three restaurants in Taiwan, one in Thailand, and one in Korea.
Thanks to this, all of our restaurants are steadily increasing their sales & profits.
Our new restaurants are often featured in the media, and our restaurant brand, "Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa" is gaining recognition from more and more customers.
We are now looking for a franchisee to help us accelerate the opening of new restaurants overseas. We will provide the necessary support, including a business plan, necessary store layout, kitchen equipment, and assistance in learning cooking techniques. Special eel restaurant brand from Japan.

The owners will have to bring in their own staff, and we will train them before the restaurants open. According to our previous launch of overseas outlets, we accept 1–2 of their employees in our outlets in Japan and train them for about a month.
The new owner is expected to follow the rules and regulations in their country, such as getting a business permit or a sanitary license. We will provide skilled training for operating restaurants to local staff in English and how to run the business efficiently.
