Photography Company for Sale in Grand Baie, Mauritius

We have a gallery on the main shopping strip in Grand Bay, with a prime position facing the beach.
We are also present at one 4-star hotel permanently, and are also alternating weekly between three 5-star hotels, thus reaching our target market at their place of residence during their vacation. This unique setup of cameras in high footfall locations helps us generate high sales with just a team of 3 photographers.
The gallery is leased with a fixed overhead of 1,500 euros per month.
Hotels are paid a commission on sales; thus, overheads are variable.
We pay a % royalty to the franchise on a monthly basis, after deduction of taxes and transportation costs. The franchise agreement is closer to expiration, but can be renewed at the same terms with the new buyer.
From the start of the company, we have invested in increasing our reach with the purchase of camera sets.
The last investment has been in a fourth camera set, which is not yet in operation, but may be used at a new hotel or to increase presence at the current hotel base of three 5-star hotels. This ensures a 20% increase from the current capacity.

The Vabene brand today consists of two concepts: Vabene Casa, the flagship store that retails: Kitchen, Bath and furniture but also a range of design services. Vabene casa is generally around 800-1000 Sq. M. the second brand in the portfolio is Vabene itself which concentrates on kitchen and bathroom space requirements 300-500 Sq. M.
Our customers beyond end-consumers include: Interior designers, Architects, fit-out companies and property developers, and the suppliers within the Vabene network are geared for large projects such as Hotels, Large mansions and large residential projects.
In terms of positioning, Hacker is the brand that price-wise comes closest to Vabene, but Vabene has a larger range.
Vabene is a no-royalty franchise model, with high margins and great expansion potential. No stock is maintained as the products are all produced based on customer requirements. The projected figures have been achieved in the other stores currently operating for the business & the same is expected to be replicated in the franchises as well.
