For every additional 10 rooms, the brand fee increases by 10%. - A team of 40 staff is required to operate 15 rooms. For every additional 10 rooms, 5 more staff members are needed. - The revenue earned by the franchisee depends on the number of rooms they have. We generate about INR 2 lakh in revenue per room.
