I am looking out for acquisitions of companies that are engaged in the manufacture of Plastic products (PVC PIpes & Fittings, SWR PIpes & Fittings, PVC Electrical Conduits & Fittings, CPVC Pipes & Fittings. Ideally the plant & machinery should not be older than 5 years and the company should be covering West & North Markets with reasonable profitability.
I am ok with two entities for West & North markets also. Please check in your circles for any targets. My client has a budget of Rs. 50 cr for these deals. Its a 600 cr company with a great Brand Equity in the market and they are looking for an entry into these markets.
