We are a well-established hospital chain in Africa. We are expanding operations into India by setting up our first hospital in India. We have offices in Pune and Mumbai and we are looking to expand, as part of the plan to gradually establish further operations.

We are actively looking to lease hospitals, and are open to considering other locations within Maharashtra. We are seeking a hospital with a capacity of around 50 beds within 25,000 to 40,000 square feet. We are seeking properties available for immediate lease and are flexible about the existing facilities as they can refurbish and equip the property themselves. We prefer not to engage with intermediaries or advisors during this process. We are looking for hospitals in Maharashtra, ideally in Pune, as we already have our base in Mumbai and Pune.
