I am a young engineer. I want to take over a shell company in and around Delhi and nearby states. I want to start my own business, I believe taking over a shell company that has import/export licenses would be easier than acquiring the licenses on my own.

2) What is the company structure, LLP, Pvt LTD, sole proprietorship?
3) How old is the company? In which year the company was incorporated?
4) Does the company have any unpaid dues or taxes towards the government, or individual, or any other organization?
I am looking for shell companies which are:
