4. Market demand & unique value proposition (UVP): A loyal customer base or market niche with competitive advantage. Strong brand identity or a product/service that solves a real problem.
5. Compliance & legal standing: Must be tax-compliant and legally registered with up-to-date records (TRN, NIS, permits, etc. )
