We routinely advise clients on matters in relation to cross-border taxation, viz withholding tax obligation on royalty, fee for technical services, interest, capital gains, dividends, establishment of PE in India, and POEM analysis. We also represent clients before the ITAT, DRP, Settlement Commission, and the CIT (A) on various Income tax matters and have handled assessments, re-assessments, proceedings, TDS, and other income tax assessment proceedings. We charge both an upfront and a success fee depending on the deal.
