✅ Competitive advantage & moat – Strong brand, proprietary technology, and regulatory barriers. I prefer companies with high IP value, such as biotech and semiconductors, over undifferentiated e-commerce resellers.
✅ Leadership & execution – Visionary leaders, a strong company culture, and adaptability. Founder-led businesses with clear strategic direction stand out, unlike those with frequent leadership changes.
✅ Risk & external factors – Regulatory, legal, and reputation risks. I lean toward ESG-focused businesses with strong compliance over those frequently facing legal scrutiny.
I am always interested in engaging with businesses that exhibit sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term value creation. The business should be in Europe, as I have previously made investments there.
