I am primarily focused on acquiring an internet-based business that offers reliable cash flow, minimal operational complexity, and the potential for long-term stability. I am not currently interested in E-commerce, FBA, or inventory-heavy businesses.
What I am looking for:
- Marketing/web design / SEO agencies with recurring client contracts, strong retention (12+ months average), and solid team infrastructure. I prefer businesses with either a lean, US-based remote team (ideally 10 people) or an efficient model leveraging overseas contractors.
- SaaS businesses with sticky customer bases, clear product-market fit, and revenue tied to contractual or subscription-based agreements.
- Other low-touch, cash-flowing digital assets such as premium domain properties with high organic traffic, membership or community-based businesses, or content-driven platforms with monetisation in place.
Ultimately, I am seeking a business that supports location and time flexibility, and can either replace or supplement W2 income while allowing me to leverage my experience in tech, SaaS, and customer growth.
