An entrepreneur by nature, had an opportunity to build another IT company focused on ERP / CRM software solutions for US and Europe clients. Grew the company to 75 odd professionals with a 5 fold increase in ESOP price in 3 years and sold it to one of the big players at a 4x return.
Currently managing a diverse team of 500+ astute professionals, managing a cost center of 15M USD with the cost efficiency of 65M over 5 FY.
