Each property is held by an independent corporate structure. We manage the entire process, including resales of shares onto the market and rental management. Our business efficiently generates high sales with a lean workforce due to a streamlined and highly targeted approach. With a 35% markup on property shares, our sales process is optimized through social media advertising and broker referrals, ensuring a continuous flow of interested clients. Rather than requiring a large team, our operation is designed for efficiency—leads are directed straight to our sales expert and the promoter, allowing for quick conversions without the overhead of a large staff. For instance, we acquire a property at $150K, enhance it with furnishings, and strategically market it. The property is then divided into 10 ownership shares, each sold for a total of $210K plus setup costs.
