We completed 8 residential projects during the first quarter of this year, but due to COVID, we had to stop our operations temporarily. - Have 20 clients for our recruitment vertical which includes companies in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry. We only recruit the candidates and the payroll is managed by the clients. - Revenue model: For real estate projects, we receive a 2% commission of the total project from the builders. For the recruitment vertical, we either get a fixed fee or get 6% of the annual CTC for every selected candidate based on the client. - Revenue split: 65% of our revenue is from real estate services and 35% is from the recruitment services. - Our revenue has dropped significantly due to COVID restrictions, as we had to temporarily stop working on residential projects.
