We do hot forgings as a core, and where ever the product needs to be strengthened, forging is more important. Without forging, none of the vehicles will come onto the market considering the strength of the vehicle. All the complicated profile can be forged using our facilities. - We procure raw materials from 3 major vendors. Sometimes we also purchase from traders if required. - We produce 150-170 tonnes of ferrous and non-ferrous products. - Our products have been covered in many industries like automobiles, agricultural, marine, valves, railways, rig, and general engineering. - Have more than 7 clients. Some of them are Modern Automotives, L&T Valves, Ather, TVS, and Metal Man. - We have open order PO from our clients and were appreciated for our quality products as well as speedy development skills. - Our sales increased this year due to new client additions with big orders. - Our physical assets include land, buildings, machinery, and raw materials. - Promoter has more than 20 years experience in the automotive sector.

Startup interested in creating hospitality assets in heritage destinations. - We have purchased about 0.6 acres land in Ayodhya. - We are looking for like-minded investors who are willing to invest to build a condo + luxury hotel. - We intend to use our "quasi asset light model" to build the hotel asset by selling the luxury river facing condos. - The hotel will be run through an operations contract with an operator under our brand name. - Ayodhya needs significant room supply and can provide occupancies upwards of 90%. - The company is located in Bangalore but the hotel we are looking to build is in Ayodhya.

We have extensive project management experience having started a charity, having secured funds for a £3.5 million water project through our charity in partnership with WaterAid and ministries in the UK and Tanzania. Additionally, we have built a school hostel, and the promoter has been involved in the Schools for the Future project in the UK. The promoter and the shareholder are both trustees of the charity, registered in both the UK and Tanzania, which has been running for over 10 years. The promoter has family in the UK and frequently travels between the UK and Tanzania.

The founder of the company is a MBA graduate from Illinois, Chicago and has done Mechanical Engineering from LNCT Bhopal. After master, he worked for Sun Life, Canada till 2017 and then moved to India to start an Indo-Mexican restaurant in Bhopal. In the duration, he simultaneously started working towards getting the permission of Hi-Rise hotel and which he eventually received in 2018. - For setting up the boutique hotel, we have already acquired the land which is located next to 10 lane NH-12 and is also close to a petrol pump. The land is mortgage free and is in the name of my mother and father. - This project is approved by all the local and national authorities (like Town and Country Planning Department, Local Electric Board, Municipal Corporation) with the land converted to commercial use. The land is situated on key location of Hoshangabad road within limits of Municipal corporation of Bhopal and is situated on the corner of two prominent roads. - The hotel will have 150+ rooms and a three floor basement for 200+ car parking area. Due to its prominent and convenient location it will attract more than 170 weddings per year with a revenue of almost INR 10 lakhs per wedding. - The promoter has experience of organizing more than 100 events which includes serving 500 guest per wedding.

Our company has worked on 3 construction projects previously that included the construction of a 700-unit residential complex. - We plan to establish a 4-star spiritual resort, a 100-bed naturopathy hospital, a 100-seat training institute, and a service apartment complex near Ahmedabad. - The project will be spread over an area of 45,000 sq yards. - Currently, we only have the land assets and the project's operations have not been started. - Operations of the hospital, training institute, and resort will be managed by a third party. - We are in negotiations with the government to receive subsidies for this project. - The project will require 200 employees and has a projected annual turnover of INR 36 crore. - The land is owned by the company. - The company has two owners. Tilted Single Axis Tracker (AT 1XT): - A. Only one movement from East to West. B. Panels are mounted at an angle towards the South, depending upon the location. C. Installation away from the equator will give better results compared to conventional HSAT. D. Require land equivalent to any conventional SAT. 3. Horizontal Single Axis Tracker (AT 1XH): - A. Only one movement from East to West. B. Panels are mounted horizontally to the ground. C. Installation only along the line of the Equator will give better performance. As we move away from the equator, its performance will deteriorate gradually. D. By virtue of its design, the pitch between the trackers is NOT required except for pathways.
