Director of the company runs microbreweries in Singapore and Australia under separate legal entities. He is looking to only sell the microbrewery of the Australian company. Full sale include only the brewery / factory setup and does not include the legal entity / brand name of the company.
The microbrewery in Australia has fully automatic production line. The factory can produce more than 11,000 bottles per hour. Total volume of the brewing tank is 30 hectolitre. We have 2 types of fermentation tanks of 30 hectolitre and 60 hectolitre respectively. Have four 30 hectolitre tanks and ten 60 hectolitre tanks.
Factory is set up on a 20,000 sq ft rented facility. The interested buyer can either renew the rental agreement and continue in the same premises or they can move the assets to a different location as per their requirement. Director of the company is based in Singapore and will be available on the Singapore mobile number.
