- Our business is essentially a startup in the dairy sector that aims to provide farm-fresh & unprocessed milk with no preservatives & adulteration to our customers in the urban colonies.
- Currently, the scope of operations is limited to Bengaluru only.
- We have developed affiliations with independent dairy farmers in the rural areas on the outskirts of Bengaluru.
- These farmers milk their cows and supply the farm-fresh raw milk directly to our premises every day. Logistics support is outsourced.
- We perform multiple quality checks on the milk at our facility and then package them under 1 litre sterilized glass bottles that are branded under our company's name.
- The bottles are then transported to the doorsteps of our customers' residences every morning by our in-house delivery personnel.
- We use a subscription model for our services where our customers must prepay a monthly fee for a regular supply of milk throughout the month from our company. This is the only source of revenue for our company.
- Currently, we have 70 active subscribers to whom we are supplying milk every morning. The milk is provided in sterilized glass bottles.
- Next morning, the delivery personnel takes back the bottle from the customer that was given the previous day and gives a new bottle filled with milk. The bottles are then cleaned and sterilized at our facility.
- Our USP is that we provide farm-fresh milk to our customers within 12 hours of milking. As of now, we supply about 70 litres of milk every day to our customers.
- We are sourcing customers through online advertising & marketing along with word-of-mouth. We do not have any mobile application or website yet.
- Our company is extremely valuable due to our niche business activities & extremely positive feedbacks from our subscribers. The valuation is based on our own estimate.
