The hotel has tie-ups with 10+ corporate clients including NTPC, Dalmia Cement, PepsiCo, Bisleri, Axis Bank. We have a total of 30 rooms and operating at an 80% occupancy rate. We also have a large conference hall with a seating capacity for 60+ guests. It is well connected to the bus stand and railway station.
Corporate clients contribute 75% of our revenue and the rest 25% is from hosting wedding ceremonies & serving individual clients. Since inception, we have hosted 100+ wedding events.
The hotel is currently spread on 2 floors. Seeking funds to convert it into a 5 storey hotel with 50+ rooms in total. The funds will also be used for starting a gym, spa and swimming pool.
