Our business would offer nightclub, lounge bar, restaurant and a billiard club that will operate 24 / 7. It will be one of the first nightclub in Uzbekistan of international level that will stage well known international and national artists, DJs and showmen.
I'm inviting investors or lenders to fund our project. The nightclub will have 4 floors and 1 hectare of parking space. Have business plan with design and layout in place and have already identified the land for construction. The facility would accommodate up to 500 people at once. Once operational, it can generate a revenue of USD 1.6 Mn per year.
