Travel Portal Investment Opportunity in London, UK

The company was incorporated in 1995 and used to provide engineering designing services. However, last year, it shut its operations and now plans to develop and launch a mobile app under the same company.
We plan to develop a mobile app that will be used by travellers like a diary to enter information on different travel plans they would have. Our app will help travellers enter travelling member's details, travel plans, schedule time / meeting, hotel & flight details, record expenses, emergency contacts and all the other information needed while traveling.
The app will largely be suitable for group travels like schools trips, team travels and corporate travels. However, our app could also be used by individual travellers. The app will also have a section to link colleagues & friends so they are aware of user's travel plans & updates.
Revenue model will be subscription charges and advertisement of nearby restaurants, activities and shops. The app will be available on iOS, Android and Windows. We have already found 1 investor and are looking for another investor to fund the development and launch of the app.
The app design is complete but we are yet to start the development. Business does not own any physical assets at the moment.
