Our company allows our users to book from a wide range of services through our proprietary mobile application which is essentially an online marketplace. - We commenced operations about 6 months ago and have gathered over 300 users with minimal marketing. - Our mobile applications are published on Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery for android users. However, the iOS application is also under development and will be published in the upcoming weeks. All the applications are free to download and there is no paid version of the apps. - We have about 50 merchants listed on our platform for now. Each merchant offers a distinct service that the users can book. The user has to simply book the service of their desire with the merchant by mentioning the time, date, and type of service. The request then goes to the merchant and the confirmation notification is sent to the user. - The payment for all the services must be done through the app itself. The merchants are typically independent business owners or service providers who are looking for additional clients. These include electricians, car workshop owners, salons, etc. - We generate revenue through two channels: A one-time fee of MYR 300 paid by the merchant for joining our platform and 15 to 20 percent of the service value paid by the merchant for every client they receive through us. These are the only channels of revenue for our company and have an even split between them. - Every month, we onboard about 10 to 12 merchants and book 35 to 40 services across all categories.
