(Expected Completion 18 months) - We have identified places to start our first Real Estate Development Project. (Expected Completion 24 months) - On investment of this INR 2 Crores, we estimate sales (worst case scenario) of INR 4 Crore and a Gross Profit of around 2 crore. - We believe our project will earn enough turnover to be able to pay a 20% interest rate due to our strong suit of promoter experience. One of our promoters has 30 + years of experience working as an Executive Director in a construction company.
