Firm manufactures paper cones which are used for spinning cotton and jute yarn. We procure the raw materials from 1 big supplier in Bangladesh. Have a total of 5 clients of whom 3 clients are for cones for cotton yarn and 2 clients are for cones for jute yarn. Generate 55% revenue through sale of paper cone for cotton yarn and rest 45% revenue through sale of paper cone for jute yarn. Paper cone for cotton yarn: Factory is installed with second hand machinery and has the daily production capacity of 1 lakh cones. We operate at 50% capacity. Have a total of 45 permanent staff. The factory is on a 8,000 sq ft area and it's owned by the firm. Paper cone for jute yarn: This factory does not have any machinery and the entire production is carried out manually. We have a total of 35 permanent staff and on a daily basis, we produce 20,000 cones. The factory is on a 3,800 sq ft area and it's rented. Both the above factories are located 7 km away from each other. Business owned assets include land & machine at paper cone factory for cotton yarn. The assets also include tools and office equipment at both the factories.
