Why am I being asked to upgrade?

The free plan is available only for your first profile on SMERGERS so you can understand how it works and experience the capabilities of the platform. Kindly note that we allow only one free profile per company and it is possible that someone else from your company could have utilized this free profile. For consecutive profiles you will have to upgrade your profile to enjoy uninterrupted services. 

If you are being asked to upgrade on your first profile, it could be because of a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, similar profile on different account, expiration of the profile term, default of fee payments towards SMERGERS, inactivity / bad experience for users etc. 

Please note that if your profile is marked as "Needs Upgrade" it means you can still use the platform, but only on a paid plan as we are unable to provide the free plan services.
