Our customers beyond end-consumers include: Interior designers, Architects, fit-out companies and property developers, and the suppliers within the Vabene network are geared for large projects such as Hotels, Large mansions and large residential projects. In terms of positioning, Hacker is the brand that price-wise comes closest to Vabene, but Vabene has a larger range. Vabene is a no-royalty franchise model, with high margins and great expansion potential. No stock is maintained as the products are all produced based on customer requirements. The projected figures have been achieved in the other stores currently operating for the business & the same is expected to be replicated in the franchises as well. We intend to take the brand "I Love Babycakes" to major cities in India and consequently outside of India to incorporate a cafe cum shared cloud kitchen model. The idea is to have a space with commercial kitchen equipment (with our brand name) where chefs and bakers can cook / bake and pay rent on an hourly basis to use. The space will also have an option for diners to come and dine on an all day dining menu. This space can also be rented out for baking / cooking classes to be hosted by the participating chefs where part of the proceeds will go to the owner. This model will allow self generating rents that can be used towards monthly operating expenses. Having run successfully in India for the last 10 years, we are now looking at using the franchising model to further our reach. We are looking at increasing our presence in major cities of India and across the globe following the above model. The goodwill of the Company and its popularity in Mumbai makes it an attractive choice. The freshness of the baked goods and the fun and creative nature of the brand makes it a brand of choice for interested franchisees.
