Our main aim is to reduce the amount of screen time of children and bring confidence in children with no stage fear. - We are planning to conduct events to engage kids with various activities. - The main model of the business is a Kids club membership program. - The business will conduct around 5-6 events per year for various occasions and festivals under which multiple programs for kids like exhibitions, competitions, public speaking, and parties will be held. - Each event can take up a couple of days to a week. - The membership fee paid by our customers for one year is around INR 3000 per child. - We have different discounts on packages if a customer decides to pay for more than 1 year. - Our first event is going to be held this year for the occasion of Onam and we are looking for franchise partners to spread this concept across different places. - We already have 50 enrollments for this year and expect this number to increase after the first event.
