Shopywise is a mobile app based B2B marketplace located in Pune. It is essentially an eCommerce website where a retailer (end-customers) can buy goods from manufacturers & wholesalers in bulk quantity. We have listed 250 manufacturers & wholesalers on the platform. The retailer places an order through our app and we have 500+ retailers. Shopywise charges subscription fees and sales commission from the manufacturers & wholesalers and does not charge any commission / fee from the retailers. Looking for franchise partners to expand our reach across India. We will designate a few locations under each franchisee and they will be responsible to manage the operations in that region. The franchisee will have two important responsibilities: 1. Sign-up manufacturers & wholesalers - The franchisee shall find, on-board and sign-up the manufacturers & wholesalers on the platform. 2. Encourage retailers - The franchisee shall find retailers and encourage them to buy goods through Shopywise in bulk quantities. Commission to the franchisee: The below are two types of commissions that will be paid to the franchisee: 1. Franchisee will receive 10% commission on subscription fee charged to manufacturers & wholesalers. 2. Franchisee will receive 2% commission on products sold by manufacturers & wholesalers. Both the above commissions are not one-time payment but will be paid every time the transaction occurs. The franchise will receive these commissions throughout the tenure but only from transactions generated from their designated location / region.
