1440 Cookhouse is the parent company operating a cloud kitchen that houses and manages multiple distinct food brands under one virtual roof, leveraging shared resources to offer diverse cuisine options exclusively through delivery services.
We are offering 4 franchise formats under 4 different brands which are Habit Beverages, Vrat, Ancient Sweets, and Habit Bowls.
The investments mentioned are to start the cloud kitchens from scratch but if existing restaurants want a franchise of any of the aforementioned brands the investment needed would be within INR 2 lakh. The franchisee can opt for either 1 or multiple brands.
The company has all the necessary licenses and certifications.

- In Vrat - pure vegetarian food of North, South, and Maharashtrian cuisine.
- In Ancient Sweets - All Indian traditional sweets.

All the above brands are cloud kitchens and will not be offering dining.
The average ticket size across all the brands ranges from INR 300 to 375. India. Connect with us on SMERGERS and we will guide you through the process. The franchisee must follow our recipes, and maintain a clean kitchen. - We will be providing training modules.
