- The brand manages the rest of the operations, including coordination, staffing, training, and marketing. - The Franchise shall be under a Hybrid Model of Franchisee Owned and Brand Supported Operations Model.
- The Franchisor shall support, supervise, and monitor each aspect of the operations such as food, bar, quality, training, staffing, recruitment, marketing, compliance, and shall continuously assist in the overall management of the business.
- The Franchisee shall be required to look into the day-to-day accounting and administration aspects of the outlet. This can be done by the franchise owner himself or a trusted custodian of the franchise.
The Studs Group, in regards to the Franchise, will bring the following broader deliverables:
- Setup Guidance, Planning, and Execution for a Modern, High-End Bar and Lounge.
- F&B Expertise from The Studs: We bring our core expertise in creating exceptional food and beverages through detailed kitchen planning, layout designs, and procurement support. This includes setting up the kitchen, staffing, training, recruitment, and menu engineering, with revenue models tailored to the target demographic.
- Restaurant and Kitchen Design Development: Complete design development of the restaurant and kitchen, covering equipment needs, layout, and budget. Service requirements such as electrical, plumbing, exhaust, air supply, and other technical details will be addressed, working in tandem with the interior design team to create a seamless aesthetic.
- Comprehensive Human Resource Planning: From sourcing, screening, and hiring to training and developing BOH (Back of House) and FOH (Front of House) teams, we ensure operational excellence. This includes recipes, inventory management, service standards, quality control, team coordination, and clear roles and responsibilities.
- Marketing and Business Strategy: We will develop a high-end customer experience while securing national and international partnerships across football, events, and music to host at the venue. Additionally, we manage partnerships with leading alcohol brands like AB InBev, Diageo, and UB Group, along with national-scale procurement and business partnerships.
