Individual Buyer in Sapporo Looking to Buyout Businesses Upto JPY 6 million

I want to relocate to a new country, especially one in Latin America, Eastern Europe, South Eastern Asia. I am Japanese, so naturally fluent in Japanese, and understand basic English (especially reading) as well. I understand no other language at this point, but I fully understand it's necessary to learn whatever language I need. Other than the fact I am Japanese, I have no real specialized skills. My graduation is high school.
I am not necessarily interested in managing the company I would acquire at first, it is more like a pure investment and a way to connect to various businesses to help me establish my own business I would start abroad.
