Business involved in purchasing lands, developing residential and commercial units on the land, and then reselling it to customers. - The business will engage in joint venture business for new business development this coming year. - The loan will be used for additional working capital for a new venture of the business. - We have 2 ongoing projects. One of our projects has 60 units and 3 commercial units on a land of 2 hectares, and our other project offers 20 units and 4 commercial plots on 1.7 hectares. - We have already sold 60 units combining both of our ongoing projects.

The company started as a supplier of construction materials and subcontractor to companies engaged in private and government contracting with PHP 300,000 of initial capital and now, we can accommodate up to PHP 185 million worth of projects. - We have been granted a contractor’s license from the Philippine Constructors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with a license to construct road, highway pavements and railways, airport, horizontal structures and bridges. - Completed more than 15 projects so far and have 4 ongoing projects. - Our clients are the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Dept. of Social Welfare (DSWD), FFJJ Construction, Local government of Libona, Bukidnon, Phinma Properties, Department of Health, Department of Agrarian Reform Region 10, Motortrade and Honda Motors, DITO and Globe Tower. - We immediately require this loan to work on the projects at hand. Collateral will be provided for the loan and the amount will be cleared within few years.
