- A commercial real estate development construction company is planning to start building a condo hotel in a well-known tourist place.
- We are land owners 1/1 with construction permit and are ready for earth works.
- The building will have the following facilities: 10 floors over ground surface, approx. 85 apartments (which can be sold independently to individual customers, in advance), reception, restaurant, lounge bar, swimming pool, full spa & wellness, conference room, garages, sport courts in front and all other amenities for 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Built up of each facilities are:
1. Apartments (~86) with terraces 3.500 m2 (from studios, 2-room apartments to luxury duplex penthouses)
