- Company's business model is to takeover the complete management and daily operations of sports centers and provide a regular return to the owner of the center.
- Our plan is to connect with those business owner who aren't able to dedicate enough time to manage their center and take care of daily operations.
- Aim of the company is to make sure premium sports facilities at economical price are made available for all age group (adults and kids) especially for kids to develop their skill and help them to excel in life outside the court / ground.
- There are 500+ sports centers in Bangalore. We recently conducted a small promotion of our services on Facebook and Instagram and received interest from 100+ business owners.
- We have already spoken to 6 badminton & 3 football centers located in Trivandrum, Ernakulam and Bangalore and are in the final stage to sign an agreement with the owner to manage their centers.
- We will work on a revenue and profit sharing model with the owner of the sports center.
- When we takeover the management of a sports center, we will hire & place coaches and staff at each center. All the coaches and staff will be placed on contract basis.
- Apart from the coaches & staff placed at centers, we will have a team of 15 permanent employees in our company.
