My Sugar Pot or MSP is a brain child of two young entrepreneurs who realized during the pandemic that tea (chai) is the only thing that keeps people energetic and positive during this challenging period. - After analyzing the tea market of India, we realized that chai is highest selling commodity and second largest consumed drink after water. - Most of the brands that sell good quality at an extraordinary pricing, which makes people choose local vendors over cafes for tea. - With a thought of affordability and hygiene, we came up with an idea for a café where we can serve different flavors of chai at an affordable price with great ambiance and proper hygiene. - We serve 7 major flavor chai and the price range starts from INR 10 and it comes in a kullad (clay pot). - Keeping chai as the theme for the café, we also offer quick bites and other beverages. - On an average, each outlet has a footfall of 80-100 customers per day. - Average ticket size is around INR 150 which enables our outlets to generate minimum sales of INR 4.5 lakhs per month. - Promoters have more than 20 years of experience in this field. - Our branding is majorly done through social media marketing and influencer marketing.
